  Following the recent EP, her is a full length record that I have spent many months on refining. It is called Tristimania and was inspired by the incredible book of the same title. It documents my constant battle with anxiety, mania and depression. It is a deeply personal record exploring my on going battle with illness. This is a very limited art edition CD which I hope will also see the light of day soon as a cassette release. This is handmade, painted, glued and essembled with a deeply personal touch. I release this on my 36th birthday, 21 years of constant tribulation with mental health. The sound is representative of the many facets of my condition and I hope you feel some of the emotions, both positive and negative, that I battle with on a daily basis. Timely as I am exiting a very dark run of events. As the album artwork attests this is both a map of my mind and the place I live and have visited. Each CD is housed in recycled cardboard, art stock paper and repurposed elephant dung liner notes. I did not personally reshape the Dumbo turd but I hope you enjoy owning it. Seven tracks over almost 50 minutes this record explores tone, drone, arhythmic composition, improv and both solace and anguish. Super limited edition of only 10.
